In-house conferences for leadership, people development and specialist teams

Conferences that raise expertise. And truly move people.

Whether it is a leadership day, a specialist day or the kick-off for a change: your conference inspires, connects and sets something in motion – well beyond the day itself.
KonferenzWerk brings content, speakers, moderation and dramaturgy together into one coherent whole – so that a single event day creates something that lasts.

Formats

Who should your conference move forward?

Every audience needs its own day. These are the occasions I meet most often.

Leadership

Leadership conference

Align leaders on a shared direction, enable exchange across departments and carry change together.

Specialist teams

Specialist day for a professional group

Develop, connect and strengthen a specialist or professional group in its role – with topics that match its everyday work.

Change

Kick-off for change

Introduce a strategy, a new tool or a new structure so that people understand it, have their say and come along.

Assistant days and assistant conferences

I have designed and accompanied eight conferences for assistants. What works there, I carry over to every audience.

A good conference follows an idea, finds its rhythm and keeps working long after it is over.

Your benefit

What do you gain as the client?

Why work with an external conference designer?

You avoid costly detours in content. An independent view connects company goals, audience and dramaturgy – so contributions fit, do not repeat each other and add up to a coherent conference day.

How do many topics become a coherent programme?

You get a clear line instead of a collection of topics. A central idea gives topics, speakers, sequence and formats a shared yardstick.

What do you actually gain during the project?

You are relieved of content and organisational work. Decisions are well-founded, responsibilities are clear and speakers are reliably managed. On the day itself, you have room to be the host.

How does the conference make an impact beyond the day?

Impact is part of the plan from the very start. Tools, exchange, contacts, next steps and digital follow-up carry new ideas into everyday work.

Andrea Kaden · Founder of KonferenzWerk · Conference designer

I see the whole day – and the people in it.

I have experienced countless conferences: the inspiring ones, the surprising ones and the ones where a good topic fizzled out on stage.

Today I combine this experience with careful work on the audience. I know when an audience needs a new thought, when it needs participation, when a break – and which speaker can truly tune in to the people in the room.

Since 2020 I have been designing audience-specific in-house conferences myself – eight formats so far with 50 to 300 participants, four of which I moderated myself.

I work with organisations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Conference design and collaboration are possible in German or English; on stage, I moderate in German.

KonferenzWerk is my framework for this: clear in responsibility, personal in collaboration and always focused on what should remain after the last item on the programme.

I worked as an executive assistant to a management board myself and know boardrooms from the inside. Alongside this, I run WORK WITH EASE together with Ralf Westphal. There we train leaders and teams in working with AI and help people in the office work more simply and more digitally.

If you would like to see me on stage yourself – as a moderator or with a talk on AI in the world of work – you will find my profile on Speakerinnen.org. My career path is on LinkedIn.

Three good starting points

Where are you right now?

No finished brief yet? No problem. Simply bring whatever is there: a goal, a question or a problem. We will develop the rest together.

People development

“We need a programme.”

Date and audience are fixed. Now you need a central idea, a format mix and the right speakers. We clarify the assignment and the next steps.

Department head

Do you still need internal approval for the day?

Together we sharpen the goal, audience, expected impact and a realistic framework. You receive a concise basis for internal approval.

Organisation

“I am organising the conference and need support.”

You keep dates, rooms and participants together. I take on programme, speakers and moderation and work closely with you.

In brief

Frequently asked questions

Can I book just one service area?

Yes. Concept, speaker management, moderation and the digital participant journey can each be booked separately. In our first conversation we clarify what is already in place and where my work makes the biggest difference.

Do you also take on speaker sourcing only?

Yes. I take care of research, selection, outreach and briefing. If contributions do not suit the audience, repeat each other or leave a gap in content, I say so openly.

Which audiences do you work for?

For leaders, specialist teams and professional groups such as assistants. What matters is not the industry but that a specific audience is to be developed, connected or strengthened in times of change through an in-person conference.

What does working together cost?

The price depends on your starting point, the scope of services and the timeframe. After our first conversation you receive a tailored proposal instead of an ill-fitting standard package.

The next item on the programme

What should your conference set in motion?

Tell me in 30 minutes what you have in mind. I will tell you honestly where my support makes sense.
